La Secretaría ha preparado esta información para las delegaciones de los Miembros y para los observadores que asistan a la Primera Reunión Extraordinaria del Comité Científico (SC-CAMLR-IM I) y a la Segunda Reunión Especial de la Comisión (CCAMLR-SM-II) para la Conservación de los Recursos Vivos Marinos Antárticos.

Les informations suivantes, présentées par le secrétariat, sont destinées aux délégations de Membres et d'observateurs conviées à la première réunion d'intersession du Comité scientifique (SC-CAMLR-IM I) et à la deuxième réunion spéciale de la Commission (CCAMLR-SM-II) pour la conservation de la faune et la flore marines de l'Antarctique.
These guidelines aim to ensure that papers are submitted to the Secretariat in sufficient time and in an appropriate form for participants to have adequate time to consider their contents before matters which they raise are discussed at a meeting of CCAMLR.
All papers should relate to specific agenda items and clearly address issues of relevance to CCAMLR.
