CCAMLR MPA Information Repository (CMIR)

The CCAMLR MPA Information Repository (CMIR) supports the submission, hosting, analysis and reporting of marine protected area (MPA) project data in line with the requirements of the Scientific Committee.

Scientific Committee Representatives may enter project data to the repository following guidelines in the CMIR User Manual . 

In accordance with Conservation Measure 91-05, paragraph 15, Members are asked to submit a report every five years on their activities conducted according to, or related to, the MPA Research and Monitoring Plan, including any preliminary results. All Member activity reports within the Ross Sea region submitted to the Secretariat up until March 2022 are compiled and provided here: CMIR Member Activity Reports: RSRMPA (921.27 KB).
