В 2008 г. Комиссия по сохранению морских живых ресурсов Антарктики (АНТКОМ) провела оценку работы, в результате которой были получены полезные для Комиссии и Научного комитета рекомендации по широкому кругу вопросов (Первая оценка работы АНТКОМ).
В 2016 г. АНТКОМ решил провести вторую Оценку работы (CCAMLR-XXXV, Приложение 8).
Вторая оценка работы АНТКОМ (ОР2) проводилась в межсессионный период 2016/17 г. В ходе проведения ОР2 оценивалось сдедующее:
La Commission pour la conservation de la faune et la flore marines de l'Antarctique (CCAMLR) a effectué une évaluation de performance en 2008, laquelle a donné lieu à des recommandations de nature très diverses qui ont été traitées par la Commission et le Comité scientifique (Première évaluation de la performance de la CCAMLR).
