Abstract:
This paper identifies various factors to be used in assessing management measure compliance within CCAMLR. A risk-based management process is offered as an example of how such performance could be assessed and addressed. Future actions are suggested to be aimed at overcoming current shortcomings in dealing with performance breakdowns.
