The attached Staff Contract has been developed in accordance with the CCAMLR Staff Regulations. It is designed to provide a clear legal understanding of, and commitment to, these Regulations by each Staff Member. The Contract itself serves as a legal covenant. The binding provisions contained therein are designed to endure throughout each individual Staff Member’s service with the CCAMLR Secretariat. The attached Schedule allows for the Staff Member’s duties and service conditions to be adjusted with time.
