| + | <p>The vessel is fitted with an independent Electronic Monitoring system (EM) which records all gear setting and hauling events and deployment of the bird bycatch mitigation streamer lines. This EM system consists of high definition visible and infra-red video cameras recording to tamper-proof hard drives. The data is synchronised to an accurate (+/- 10m) GPS feed with position reports stored at 15 second intervals when the vessel is at sea.</p> | ||
